【Indications】

Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA): Tofacitinib is indicated for adult patients with moderate to severe active rheumatoid arthritis who have had an inadequate response to, or are intolerant of, one or more tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blockers.
Usage restriction: The use of Tofacitinib in combination with biological DMARDs or potent immunosuppressants (such as azathioprine and cyclosporine) is not recommended.

Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS): Tofacitinib is indicated for adult patients with active ankylosing spondylitis who have had an inadequate response to, or are intolerant of, one or more TNF blockers.
Usage restriction: The use of Tofacitinib in combination with biological DMARDs or potent immunosuppressants (such as azathioprine and cyclosporine) is not recommended.
